Rules

2-3 player game (4+)

The Pack
A 40-card pack is used.

The Object of the Game
The goal is to win all of the cards

The Deal
Deal out all cards face down, one at a time, beginning to the dealer’s left. It does not matter if some players have more cards than others. Each player puts their cards in a pile, face down in front of them.

The Play
The player on the dealer’s left turns over the top card of his pile and puts it face up starting a stack of cards in the center of the table. The next player to the left does the same and so on around the table.

When someone turns up a card that matches a card already face up in the centre of the table, the first person to notice the two matched cards places their hand on the stack whilst calling out “snap” and wins the stack. This player adds the cards to the bottom of their face-down stack.

Whenever the Flat Earth image is doubled on top of the stack you must shout “flat” to win the deck and the yellow counter. The yellow counter gives you a “bring back” at the end of the game if you lose. You automatically will gain 7 cards from the winner to bring the loser back into the game. If another Flat Earth double arises in the stack and the person without the counter calls and claims “flat” they take the counter from the player who has it.

During the game, if a player runs out of their cards, the player with the cards continues to play. If the player without the card ‘snaps’ a double they collect the stack. The game continues till one person has all the cards and the yellow counter.
