How It Started

As a homeschooling parent with a deep love for God’s Word, I wanted to raise my children according to Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go…” However, when I searched for biblical flat earth resources to support our learning, I found almost nothing. Combining my skills as a graphic designer and webmaster with my passion for biblical truth, I began creating my own resources.

Inspired by the Firmament

It all began—and continues—because of the Firmament. Created on Day 2, the firmament is a powerful and undeniable part of God’s creation, challenging mainstream ideas of space travel and modern cosmology. I designed a Biblical Firmament Test for my children, and they loved it. We talked, explored Scripture, and laughed together—it was a beautiful experience. Then I thought: what about other parents like me?

Raqia Resources Is Born

That’s when Raqia Resources was born: a growing library of biblical flat earth worksheets and tools for children, grounded in Scripture and built for engagement. My own children help guide the interactivity, and the Bible is always our foundation. This is God’s work—I simply follow where He leads, hoping only to bring Him glory and draw hearts closer to Him.

A Heart to Serve

Raqia Resources is not a business for profit—it functions more like a faith-based ministry. I receive no wage, and every donation helps cover software licences, subscriptions, and platform costs so we can continue producing free and affordable Christian educational materials for families.

We are still navigating this journey as part of a growing community of believers. If you are inspired, you are warmly invited to donate, pray for us, or even join the mission.

Above all, I am passionate about living out God’s Word through the grace of Jesus Christ. I do not engage in debate or division; instead, love must lead the way. Whether others accept the biblical flat earth truth or not, our mission remains the same: to raise children on God’s truth with humility, joy, and unwavering obedience to His Word.

The lies which are taught to kids about creation

Taken from author Edward Hendrie’s book  ‘The Greatest Lie on Earth: Proof That Our World Is Not a Moving Globe’ we’ve added a few excerpts* which will help you understand why we take our position against the globe doctrine.

Ingrained teaching

*”The most universally accepted deceit today is the ingrained teaching that the earth is a globe spinning at a speed of approximately 1,000 miles per hour at the equator, while at the same time orbiting the sun at approximately 67,000 miles per hour. While the Earth is orbiting and spinning, the sun, in turn, is supposed to be hurtling through the Milky Way galaxy at approximately 500,000 miles per hour. The Milky Way galaxy is, itself, alleged to be racing through space at a speed ranging from 300,000 to 1,340,000 miles per hour.”

“This insane fantasy (masquerading as science) of aspherical spinning and orbiting earth is so ingrained in the consciousness of the world, that any refutation of it is viewed by the world as itself evidence of ignorance and perhaps even insanity.”

“Believing in a flat earth is immediately met with derision; the person is viewed as being an ignorant savage or part of a crazy fringe cult.”

Why Lie?

*”The reason that NASA found it necessary to fake pictures and videos is because there is no vacuum of space. The earth is encompassed by a firmament, exactly as the bible states. The myth of the limitless vacuum of space, suggests that there is no heaven.

If there is no heaven, which is the abode of God, that in turn suggests that there is no God. If there is only an empty vacuum of space, that refutes God’s word that states that God is walking above us in the circuit of heaven.

“Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit of heaven.” (Job 22:14)

God “laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed forever.” Psalms 104:5.

What kind of foundation is there in a spinning earth careening through space?

Modern science has replaced God’s abode of heaven with the myth of the empty vacuum of space, thus suggesting that there is no heaven and there is no God.
